If you’re looking for the perfect dressy pocket watch, we got you covered! This pocket watch has a very slim yellow gold case, with crisp engine turning. The dial has Breguet numerals and hands. The movement is the famous caliber IWC. cal 73, a beautifull manually wound movement with a high lever of finishing. Attention is truly paid to every detail and this movement can absolutely be considered “haute horlogerie”. The movement is in excellent condition and has been completely overhauled, with a modern unbreakable mainspring installed. It’s ready to be worn by it’s future owner.
As icing on the cake, the watch comes in the antique leather box of the jeweler who sold the watch, “Bonebakker” in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

International Watch Co (IWC) was founded by Florentine Aristo Jones in 1868. He worked as director at the prestigious Howard Watch & Clock Co in Boston (USA). He wanted to start a watch company in Switzerland, using the knowledge of modern en industrial production methods from the United States and combine it with Swiss craftsmanship and lower wages to make watches of high quality to be sold on the American market. Beside having a great reputation in dress watches, they also made a reputation in military & pilot’s watches.
